YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS!
Packing 1.55 million meals is a huge goal—and it takes both willing hands and generous hearts to make it happen. Each meal costs just 29 cents, but together that adds up to about $464,000—enough to feed more than 4,000 children for an entire year.
As a MobilePack site, OVCN is responsible for covering the cost of every meal we pack, since those receiving them cannot. On average, one volunteer packs $60–$75 worth of food during a two-hour shift (kids about $50). Or, you can feed a child for a full year for just $106.
Please prayerfully consider giving to help offset the cost of these meals. Any amount makes a real difference—choose the Missions: Feed My Starving Children designation when you give.
We’re also looking for individual and organizational sponsors to help fund this year’s pack. Sponsorships make it possible to reach our goal and include special recognition and perks—check out the linked flyer for details.
Where Faith Becomes Action
Through prayer, education, advocacy, support, and community partnerships, we’re working together to protect life and extend hope to women, children, and families.
Prayer
Creates opportunities for our church family to seek God together through quarterly prayer gatherings focused on the sanctity of life, families, and the needs of our community.
Education
Provides opportunities for parents, students, and the congregation to learn about abortion, apologetics, and a biblical understanding of the value of life—and how to respond with truth and compassion.
Student Pro-Life
Helps equip and encourage students to engage thoughtfully with the issue of life through a student-led pro-life group where they can learn, ask questions, and make a difference.
Adoption & Foster Care
Raises awareness of adoption and foster care as life-affirming options and creates opportunities for those considering either path to connect with experienced families and trusted organizations.
Post-Abortion Healing
Provides pathways toward hope and healing for women who have experienced abortion. In partnership with Hands of Hope, this ministry supports healing retreats and connects women with compassionate care and trusted resources.
Church Events & Outreach
Plans and coordinates OVCN’s annual Sanctity of Life events, including fundraisers, community outreach, prayer gatherings, and other opportunities to raise awareness and support the ministry.
IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT HUNGER
According to the United Nations, over 700 million people go hungry every day. That’s one in 10 people globally!
Hunger relief organizations like Feed My Starving Children have been stretched to meet growing needs with less resources than ever.
OVCN, with Tucson’s help, has packed millions of meals for FMSC before and we have the opportunity this year to make an even greater impact.
