MINI MEGA & MEGA SPORTS CAMP
May 29 - June 2
MEGA Sports Camp is for kids 1st – 5th grade (grade just completed) at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. Sign up for soccer, flag football, cheerleading, basketball, ultimate field games, volleyball, or MEGA outdoors.
Mini-Mega is for kids four years old – completed kindergarten. There will be various activities including music time, a bounce house, story time, playground time, arts and crafts, and more!
OVCN KIDZ
Parenting is a wild ride, and we’re right there with you! We know the stakes are high—we’re in a race for our kids’ hearts, and we want them to grow up knowing and loving Jesus.
That’s why our mission is simple: KNOW Jesus, GROW in faith, and GO share His love.
Every Sunday, we create a safe, fun, and engaging space for infants through 5th graders to experience Jesus in a way that sticks. Our trained and background-checked volunteers ensure your child has the best (and safest!) hour of their week. Let’s build a foundation of faith together!

Baby Church
Birth - Two Years Old
Even the littlest ones can experience Jesus’ love! In Baby Church, our babies and toddlers hear Bible stories, sing songs, and feel the love of Jesus from our caring volunteers.
Our space—open during every service—is filled with engaging toys, books, and age-appropriate activities, creating a fun and nurturing environment just outside the sanctuary.
Early Childhood
Three Years Old - Kindergarten
In our early childhood program, kids dive into Bible stories, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons designed just for them. They’ll also enjoy nut-free snacks and have a blast in our indoor playground!
This program is available during our 8 AM, 9:30 AM & 11 AM Sunday services and 6:30 PM Wednesday service.
Kidz Zone
1st - 5th Grades
Kidz Zone is where big energy meets big faith! We kick things off in the Kidz Chapel with high-energy worship, interactive games, and a Bible lesson designed to engage and inspire.
Then, kids break into small groups for deeper discussions and hands-on activities that make the lesson stick.
Kidz Zone is available during our 8 AM, 9:30 AM & 11 AM Sunday services, and Kidz Small Groups meet on Wednesdays from 6:15-7:30 PM. It’s a place where faith grows, friendships form, and kids can’t wait to come back!
Special Needs at ovcn
At OVCN, we believe every child is a gift from God, and we’re committed to helping them grow in faith in a way that meets their unique needs. We create an inclusive, supportive environment where all kids can learn about Jesus alongside their peers while feeling safe, valued, and understood.
To support this, we provide sensory tools, noise-reducing headphones, weighted lap pads, ASL interpreters, and other accommodations to help children engage comfortably. If your child would benefit from a one-on-one Buddy, we’ll work with you to ensure the best possible experience.
We are honored to partner with families on this journey of faith. If your child needs additional support, let us know—we’re here to help make their experience joyful and meaningful. Special needs children, youth, and adults are welcome at all OVCN events because they are a vital part of our church family.

KIDZ Choir
Kids 1st – 5th grades get to act and sing. The OVCN Kidz Choir performs a Kids Musical and participates in the Worship Arts Winter Celebration in December.
Kidz Choir meets Sunday nights at 6pm from August to December.
Small Groups for kidz
Kids 3 years old – 5th grade meet in small groups for a chance to dig deeper into God’s word with their leaders and each other.
Small Groups meet Wednesday nights at 6:15 pm from August – May.
Bible Quizzing
Kids 1st – 5th grades learn about the Bible, memorize scripture, and compete in competitions around the state.
Quizzing meets Sunday mornings at 11am from August – May.
Moms group
Moms Group is a great way to check in with other moms, share how you’re feeling and build a support network while having a ton of fun!
Kidz Medical Release
All parents/guardians must complete this medical release form annually for their child(ren) to participate in OVCN activities.

5TH GRADE MISSION TRIP
June 20-22
NACA needs our help! They are in great need of help with several work projects, as they are recovering from staffing and funding deficiencies in recent years. Lots of projects easy for our 5th graders to do!
